Bulky Item Collection
Norcal Waste Systems Of Butte County offers a special pickup service for large or bulky items from your curbside. Couches, mattresses and washing machines are examples of bulky items which are too large to be disposed of with your normal collection. These items can be collected from the curbside and disposed of for an additional fee.
In an effort to work with Butte County on beautification and cleanliness, residents with garbage collection service are eligible for one free bulky item pickup per year (up to 4 items). This does not include appliances containing freon (some refrigerators, freezers and A/C units).
